CONSTRUCTION TEAM

Grab your power tools and help build the sets. Minimal experience required, but a little expertise is always welcome! Will build sets, backdrops, furniture, etc., under expert guidance. Some piecework may be done at home. Time commitment: Begins as soon as plans are ready. Crunch time is last week of June through July 17. Evenings while cast rehearses.
PAINTING TEAM

No talent required! Whitewash, trace, sponge, paint! All materials and instructions will be provided. Time commitment - Begins as soon as the set pieces are done. Crunch time, end of June through beginning of July. Several nights required, while cast rehearses.

HOSPITALITY TEAM
(Banquet, Concessions, Cast Party and Ushers)

Help organize and staff Cinderella’s Royal Banquet on July 28th. Planning meetings in late May for first-year banquet. Set up and tear down required show week. Concessions: set up concession areas before show and sell concessions during intermission (one hour pre show set up, sell during intermission, 15 min clean up) Cast Party: organize and staff cast party to be held at Forest View. Coordinate with 214 staff, order pizza and coordinate deserts, 1 to 2 hours set up and clean up. Ushering: collect tickets, distribute programs and help patrons find their reserved seats before performance. Collect unwanted programs after show. Arrive 30 min. before show and stay 15 minutes after.
MAKEUP/WARDROBE/SEWING TEAM

Help sew/assemble costumes and/or help actors dress, do hair and apply makeup. Time commitment: Sewing, at home as needed; dressing, 2 hours pre-show and available backstage for costume changes and touch-ups.


AD SALES TEAM

Team Leader: TBDUsing prepared material, sell playbill ads to area businesses. Job requires delivery of finished program to each advertiser at completion of show, also. Time commitment: several hours at your convenience.

Even if you are helping on one of the other teams, please let us know if you can solicit or refer a potential advertiser for our ad book. Think of all the local merchants that you do business with and consider asking them to help us out!
